You're invited to the kick-off public meeting for the Plum Island Turnpike Resiliency Project!

This collaborative effort between the Town of Newbury, City of Newburyport, and the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge is funded by a federal highway transportation grant. The project will address critical climate and storm resiliency challenges while also exploring opportunities to improve multi-modal transportation along the Turnpike corridor.
