This collaborative effort between the Town of Newbury, City of Newburyport, and the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge is funded by a federal highway transportation grant. The project will address critical climate and storm resiliency challenges while also exploring opportunities to improve multi-modal transportation along the Turnpike corridor.
