Colby Farm Lane Recycling Center Hours

The Recycling Center at 23A Colby Farm Lane is typically open from 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM Mondays and Thursdays and will be open from 8 AM to 12 PM (noon) on Saturday, June 6th. However, the Recycling Center will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

Memorial Day Curbside Trash & Recycling Pick-Up Delay

Regular curbside trash and recycling pick-up will be delayed due to Memorial Day. If you have regular trash/recycling pick-up on Monday, it will be on Tuesday; Tuesday's regular trash/recycling pick-up will be on Wednesday, and so forth.

Household Hazardous Waste & Document Shredding Day

Our annual household hazardous waste day will take place on Saturday, August 15th for disposal of household chemicals from 8 AM - 12 PM at the Department of Public Services (16A Perry Way).

Rain Barrels Are Available for Purchase

Residents order their barrels directly through a customized town webpage, see below. Rain barrels are offered at a discounted price of $90-99

You may take advantage of the Community Rain Barrel Program offered by the Great American Rain Barrel if you place an order by June 14th by 11:59 PM. Discounted and re-purposed, your rain barrel will be delivered to the Recycle Center on Colby Farm Lane on June 25th from 5 PM - 7 PM. To order one, please visit this link.
