MIIA Health Benefits Trust, our insurance partner that brings us Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) has launched a new portal that’s easy to access and requires no login. Once you visit the site, you’ll see all health and wellness offerings and can sign up for online, Zoom and in-person classes, read articles, get recipes, view the monthly newsletter and, if applicable, access your BCBS benefits. Please share this link with your family members who are on your BCBS health insurance.

It takes the place of multiple monthly emails and provides you with direct access to so many wonderful programs for managing your health and well-being -- all free of charge.  And remember, the wellness classes are being updated frequently so please check back often!
