If you are a City or School Regular Full or Part Time Employee who works a regular annual schedule consisting of 20 hours a week or more, you are eligible to participate in Benefits Open Enrollment. This is your annual opportunity to review your current benefit elections, review   benefit options, and make changes for the upcoming year.  All changes are effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. 

All employees are required to fill out a "Benefits Election & Authorization Form" each year. All Open Enrollment forms are available to fill out and submit online.including benefit change forms & FY25 FSA enrollment. What’s changing?      

  •  Health Insurance:  There will be a minimal increase in your premiums and no increase in your deductibles this year. Please see the attached "FY25 Benefit Rate Sheet" for details.
  •  Dental Insurance:  Premiums  for active employees will remain the same with a 0% increase.
  •  Flexible Spending Accounts:

FY25 maximum contribution limit for healthcare is $3,200.

FY25 maximum contribution limit for dependent care is $5,000. 

  •  REMINDER →HRA  Accounts: FY24 last date is June 30, 2024. You have 90 days from June 30th to turn in Receipts. Last day for receipts is September 30,2024. 

  KEY DATES FOR BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT

 Open Enrollment Period is April 16, 2024 – May 10, 2024

 Forms due to HR no later than Friday, May 10, 2024 

Changes take effect July 1, 2024 – New payroll deductions June 7, 2024 paycheck
