MEP - Notification of Vessel Sale Form

ATTENTION MASSACHUSETTS REGISTERED VESSELS

In the following circumstances, you are required to notify the Massachusetts Environmental Police using the attached form:

• If you sell, trade or gift your vessel
• If your vessel is federally documented with the Coast Guard (NOTE: Massachusetts title must be returned upon request.)
• If your vessel is destroyed or no longer usable
• If you permanently move to another state
