Newburyport Rental Assistance Program

The Newburyport Rental Assistance Program provides short-term relief to low- and moderate-income individuals and families who are having difficulty paying their rent. The City of Newburyport, through its Affordable Housing Trust, provides grants to financially assist qualified households with current rent payments or acquiring a new rental during a time of need. The City of Newburyport has partnered with the Pettengill House, Inc. to administer the Newburyport Rental Assistance Program.
