Summary

Amend the Newburyport Zoning Ordinance to: (a) add a definition for Floor Area Ratio (FAR) outside the Plum Island Overlay District (PIOD); (b) add and specify FAR as a dimensional requirement for certain residential uses, structures and districts; and (c) alter the front yard and/or other dimensional requirements applicable to certain residential uses, structures and districts.
