Summary
Amend the Newburyport Zoning Ordinance Section XXII entitled “Accessory Dwelling Units” (ADUs), along with corresponding updates to the table and definitions of allowable uses (in particular the classification of principal dwelling units eligible for so-called ADUs), and other provisions related to the use of accessory and nonconforming structures as ADUs.
