Public Information Session on the Adaptive Re-Use of the Former Brown School
The City of Newburyport Office of Planning and Development in conjunction with the Mayor’s Office and the Brown School developer Zeta InSite invite you to a public information session to review the progress being made for the adaptive reuse of the former Brown School.
The Zeta InSite team led by Zeina Talje and Architect Daniel Riggs from Embarc will provide an overview of the current project plans and answer questions from the public.
The Office of Planning and Development led by Andrew Port will provide an update on recent gym demolition and site prep work undertaken by the City and forthcoming plans for the remaining park space, which will be upgraded and retained for the neighborhood in perpetuity.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday June 30th from 6:00 to 7:15 pm at the Newburyport Public Library, 94 State Street, in the first floor Program Room.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the community with an update and there will be an opportunity for public input and/or questions following the presentation.
