Please be advised that the City of Newburyport is working together with the firm of KRT Appraisal to perform site inspections on residential properties within the City of Newburyport. Edward is a KRT data collector. He is authorized by the Assessor’s Department to inspect all properties for the purpose of collecting and verifying data.
