Join Us in Shaping Newburyport's Climate Resilience Efforts
This Spring, the City of Newburyport is embarking on an important initiative to tackle climate change issues that directly impact Newburyport residents. To ensure our efforts are as effective and relevant as possible, we are conducting a short online survey to better understand your thoughts, concerns, and priorities.
Why Your Participation Matters
We want to know what you are thinking.Your responses will help us understand what information is of most interest to residents and those who work in Newburyport, helping us to prioritize climate change related projects in the City. The survey will also help guide the direction of our upcoming public Community Forums for Climate Action addressing local climate change impacts.

About the Survey
The survey is part of the City grant-funded initiative Resilient Newburyport: Community Action Project. It's designed to be straightforward and should take only a few minutes to complete. It will ask you questions about your current knowledge of climate change impact in Newburyport, your thoughts on priorities, and demographic information to make sure that we are hearing from a diverse group of respondents. The survey is being conducted in partnership with UMass Boston’s Urban Harbors Institute.

Join the Conversation Beyond the Survey - Community Forums
In addition to the survey, we invite you and members of your organization to participate in this Spring’s Community Forums for Climate Action. These forums will be an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, share ideas, and collaborate on shaping our community's response to climate change. You will be able to indicate your interest in attending a forum in the survey. Or, email us at resilientnewburyport@gmail.com and let us know you’d like to attend.
