The City Council and the Planning Board will jointly open their meeting in public. This will be followed by a vote to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation involving 93 State Street, Newburyport and the Appeal of the Planning Board decision pending in Land Court. This joint executive session will commence on or about 7:00 pm and continue to approximately 8:00 pm at which time the regular Council meeting will be held in public.
