State of the City Address and Public and Community Service Awards

Mayor Sean Reardon will give the State of the City Address on Wednesday, February 28th at 7:00 p.m. in the Newburyport City Hall Auditorium. The evening will include remarks by special guest Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll, and will close with the Second Annual Public and Community Service Awards. The event is open to all to attend, and will be broadcast on NCM Hub.
