POSTPONED Public Meeting to discuss concept plan for traffic calming at eastern end of High street
The High Street Traffic Calming meeting has been POSTPONED to September at a date TBD.

The 8/1/19 High Street Traffic Calming Public Meeting has been postponed until September. A future date will be announced shortly.
In the meantime, all are welcome to review the concept plan for potential improvements for High Street around the March's Hill corner. The concept plan can be viewed online at the Newburyport Planning Office’s project web page at: https://www.cityofnewburyport.com/sites/g/files/vyhlif12211/f/uploads/c._high_street_allen_to_marlboro_0.pdf. TEC has estimated that such a project would cost approximately $475,000 to design and construct.
