9:30 PM 12/20/22 - Water service has been restored to the area. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. 

8:00 PM Update: TW Excavating is still working on the repairing the leak. We anticipate water service to be restored in the next couple hours. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. 

The City of Newburyport Department of Public Services' subcontractor, TW Excavating and Development Corp., is repairing an emergency water leak in the area of Malcolm Hoyt Rd.

Area residents and/or businesses will experience an interruption in water service during the repair. Please visit the City's website for the most up to date information or call us at 978-465-4420.
