On-Call Owner’s Project Manager Services for Capital Projects

The City of Newburyport proposes to contract with a responsive and responsible individual/firm for Owner’s Project Management Services for multiple water/sewer capital projects, according to RFQ provisions.

The contract award is made by the City’s Chief Procurement Officer and is subject to approval by both the Water/Sewer Commission and the Mayor of Newburyport. The City of Newburyport reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the RFQ process, if deemed in the City’s best interest.

Request for Qualification documents are available upon request after 11:00 AM on January 31, 2024 at 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950, and from the City’s website at www.cityofnewburyport.com/bids
