IFB No. 24-04 & 24-05

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Water/Sewer Business Manager, 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950, at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at which time and place they will be opened and read for the following:

IFB No. 24-04: Bartlet Mall Frog Pond Restoration Project

IFB No. 24-05 Bartlet Mall Swan Fountain Restoration Project

An optional pre-bid conference/site visit for both projects are scheduled on August 16, 2023. Meet on site, 149 High Street, Newburyport, MA 01950 at 1:00 PM for the Bartlet Mall Frog Pond Restoration Project and 2:00 PM for the Bartlet Mall Swan Fountain Restoration Project. 

The bid awards are subject to the approval of the Mayor. The City of Newburyport reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bid process, if deemed in the City’s best interest.

Bid documents will be/are available upon request after 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at the Office of the Business Manager, 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950, or download at www.cityofnewburyport.com/bids. Office Hours: Mon-Fri., 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
