NOTICE - Resident Parking Permits for Paid Parking Lots are Valid through June 30, 2018.

The City Clerk's Office manages the City's parking program which includes one full time officer, one part-time officer, one hybrid vehicle, ticket processing, and appeals thereof.

There are two methods of payment for parking in the lots:

1. Pay at Kiosk - There are 12 kiosks in our six paid parking lots. These kiosks accept coins, bills and credit cards.

2. Pay by Phone - The latest addition to the paid parking program is the addition of Passport.  With the launch of this service residents, businesses, and visitors are able to conduct their parking transactions by phone using their mobile application. The previous vendor Parkmobile was discontinued on January 25, 2016.
