Discussion of Capital Improvement plan It has what the city plans to spend money on, so we can use it to home in on upcoming projects to make sure energy efficiency is included. Some things seem more aspirational. Harbor master says $100K for solar? HS project in the works, Roof needs redoing at Nock, so solar will have to come down. | MME connect Don Walters with Harbormaster to review solar system. Don Walters will connect with Kim Turner to discuss NYS 59 Low Street and meeting net zero. |
