City Buildings will be Closed Tuesday 2/13/24, Parking Ban Lifted at 8pm Monday, 2/12

Parking Ban ended and Schools and Public Buildings Closed 2/13

Due to the impending winter storm, on Tuesday, February 13th, Newburyport Public Schools will be closed, as will City Hall, the Council on Aging, and the Newburyport Public Library. City Hall and the COA will reopen at 8am on Wednesday, February 14th, and the Public Library will reopen at 9am. 

The previously announced snow emergency parking ban has been canceled as of 8:00pm on 2/12 based on the current forecast. If you have already parked in a City lot, we ask that you please try to move your car from it by 12pm on 2/13 if you are using it for the previously declared snow emergency.
