Ben Harman serves as the representative of Ward 4 on the Newburyport City Council. A resident since 2018, he has contributed to Nbpt Pride events, served on the Newburyport Human Rights Commission, and considers himself a Yankee Homecoming super fan.
For nearly 20 years, Ben has worked in technology companies ranging from small startups to internationally recognized consumer brands like Yahoo and Boston-based CarGurus. He is currently the VP of People and Business Operations for Owl Labs. Additionally, Ben is Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Point Foundation, the largest LGBTQ+ scholarship-granting nonprofit.
Ben and his husband, Mark Ferrandini live on High Street.
