FY25 OPEN ENROLLMENT IS HERE!

It's that time! FY25 Open Enrollment will run from April 16th - May 10th this year. EVERY EMPLOYEE MUST FILL OUT the "Employee Benefit Election & Authorization Form" no later than Friday, 5/10/24, even if you do not take your benefits through the City. 

You have received an email to the account that is associated with your payroll account. In it you will find a link to the forms you need to fill out.  You only need to fill out the "Employee Benefit Election & Authorization Form" and anything that you are making changes to. You don't need to fill out any form that you are not making changes to. Reminder:  If you want to participate in the FSA program you must fill out a new form every year.  Once your forms are filled out hit submit, they will automatically come right back to HR to process. A copy will also automatically be sent to you. There is a link below if you would like to access the forms that way:
