State of the City Address has been rescheduled for Wednesday evening, February 27th

Mayor Donna D. Holiday will make the State of the City Address Wednesday evening February 27th at the Newburyport City Hall Auditorium beginning at 7 PM. The speech will highlight accomplishments of 2018 and outline goals for 2019. All are welcome to attend.
