The City of Newburyport Department of Public Services will be repairing a water leak on Allen Street today, Thursday, June 11th. The break may be affecting water service to this area. City crews are on site to repair this break. As a result of the break, residents in this area may experience a loss of water pressure or service while the repair work is taking place. You may also experience brown water. Do not turn on your hot water. Run your cold water until the water is clear. Updates will be provided as the repair progresses.
