Complete Streets
The state has approved the City of Newburyport’s Complete Streets Project Prioritization Plan, and the City has submitted a grant application for $400,000 to support improvements at Merrimac Street and the Lower Atkinson Common (Phase I). Grant decisions for the spring round of Complete Streets funding are anticipated in late July/early August 2019. Please see the links on the left side of this page for:
