Connie is serving her first term as an At Large City Councillor. She was raised by her Canadian parents in Ogdensburg NY but moved to Cambridge MA after attending graduate school in RI. She has lived in Newburyport with her husband and hound dogs since 2014. Connie retired in 2016 after 22 years with Genzyme Corporation.
