Small Business Grant Webinar - January 20, 2021

Funding available through the Newburyport/ Amesbury Small Business Relief Grant Program

The Cities of Amesbury and Newburyport have partnered to provide grants to small business owners to help them continue operations as they recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. This program, which is funded by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), will provide grants to small businesses to pay for rent/mortgage, employee wages, and technical assistance to help them get back on their feet and adjust to a new economic normal. Applicants will receive funding directly from the City of Amesbury through the Office of Community & Economic Development, who is acting as the grant manager for both cities. Applicants may apply for up to $10,000.

Update! Join us Wednesday, January 20th at 10am for an update on the Small Business Relief Grant, which provides up to $10,000 to eligible businesses to use for rent, mortgage, payroll and technical assistance. In this webinar, we will review the eligibility requirements and walk through the application process. We will also provide highlights from the businesses who have received grants, so you can learn from your peers. There will be time at the end for questions. The webinar will be recorded and posted to the website. We hope to "see" you on January 20th!
