FY2021 Popular Annual Financial Report

The City of Newburyport Finance Department released its Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. The City publishes the PAFR as a user-friendly companion to the City's annual audited financial statements. The PAFR summarizes relevant financial information for the City and presents it in a format specifically designed to be accessible and understandable to residents, businesses, community groups, and other interested parties without a background in public finance. In other words, it's a cliff notes version of the City's financial statements!
