WELLNESS MONDAYS

Five Minute Chair Massage

3rd Monday by appointment only      TEMPORARILY ON HOLD

Receiving consistent massage at least once a month offers many benefits that help to support our mind/body. When we take care of the physical body, we're also taking care of the mind/subtle body. Both can affect the other when physical or mental stress builds from the subjective aspects of daily life. This body you inhabit is your first vehicle and, just like cars or anything that needs continual maintenance, we need bodywork, too!

Benefits of Massage:

  • Helps manage chronic pain from repetitive motion of daily life
  • Increases the bloodflow throughout the body for better circulation
  • Improves stamina, muscle tone, and flexibility
  • Helps improve the quality of life for the mind/body as a whole

Haley Games, LMT of Innate Energy Massage offers 5 minute back massages on the 3rd Monday of most months. Call the Newburyport COA at (978) 462-0430 to schedule an appointment. Newburyport residents are given priority.
