Applications should be filed online via the City's online permitting system.  Requests for Amendments or Extension Permits may be emailed directly to jgodtfredsen@cityofnewburyport.com or uploaded to the existing record.

The Newburyport Conservation Commission requests that applicants reduce the use of paper when filing hard copies of Notices of Intent and other wetlands permitting applications.

Please use the following guidelines:

• Printed materials should be double-sided, preferably on recycled paper (at least 30% post-consumer content)
• Eliminate plastic covers on submissions
• Eliminate transmittal sheets, cover letters, and tables of contents
• Plans should not exceed 11"x17"
