Yard Waste Facility

Overview
Yard waste accepted at the Colby Farm Lane Facility (Formally Crow Lane Facility) is recycled into wood chips or compost. Material unsuitable for making compost or wood chips is not accepted. Entrance requires an annual sticker purchase with two proofs of residency. Only resident vehicles can be stickered. Stickers are sold on the city's website from early April to early December. Any vehicle can be used to bring material when a resident presents the driver’s license referenced to their annual sticker purchase.
