On October 29, 2007, the City Council adopted an ordinance establishing the Fruit Street District, Newburyport’s first local historic district.

The Committee has been appointed. Check back here for further information, application forms, etc. Meetings are held the second Thursdays of the month in the City Hall auditorium.
